Alligator  Creek Fishing club Vs Cungulla Fishing Club

Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd August 

The Alligator Creek Vs Cungulla Comp is just around the corner. So lets get pumped guys!!

Last Comp we only had one Cungulla participant, let’s change that this time! 

Accomodation

The Comp will be hosted at the Alligator Creek Club- camping grounds are available at the Progress Association Hall if you would like to stay the weekend, amenities are available just remember to bring your own swag or tent.

Meals

Dinner will be provided on Friday and Saturday night but you will need to provide any other meals for yourself. For catering purposes attendance must be confirmed by the 7th of August

Access

Entry to Cleveland Palms is available at the following times

Friday 5pm to 6pm

Saturday 6am to 8am

Sunday 6am to 8am

Exit from Cleveland Palms by arrangement 

call either Val Masters : 0400 261 601 or Joel Barrie : 0420 728014 to arrange exit

Fishing Boundaries 

• Imaginary line from the Northern side of Ross River to out Crop, on Picnic & Rocky Bay Magnetic Island
• Imaginary Line from Picnic & Rocky Bay to Orchard Rocks
• Imaginary Line from Orchard rocks to 1 NM from Cape Cleveland
• Imaginary Arc 1NM from Cape Cleveland to Four ft. Rock
• Any area on the mainland side of the boundaries drawn including Ross Creek and all other creeks are within the closed fishing zone
• any areas on magnetic island that’s inside the boundary is within the closed fishing zone
• there is a gap between “Closed Comp Zone and EPIRB Zone “ no fish will be accepted for the weigh-in if caught in these zones
• Blue water Comp rules apply if you are in the EPIRB zone. “ However these fis will not be counted for the inter club challenge”

Rules

Weigh-in Times – Saturday from 5pm to 6pm  and Sunday from 12:00 to 12:30pm

Scoring- Results will be the points awarded from the fish caught divided by the number of people who presented the fish

Weighmaster – ACAC fishing rules apply. Mark (Klaff) Klaffer’s ruling is final
